When submitting your orders to us, you need to agree to ©Beautifully Made's Terms & Conditions. Here is what you agree to understand.

Orders
1. When there is limited stock of a product, the product will be sold as a first-come-first serve basis.
2. If you have submitted an order, we reserve the right to inform you that you will not receive your if it is out of stock. This is due to the fact that many different orders need to be processed at the same time and due to limited stock for some products, your submission of order will not guarantee that you will receive that particular product. (see pt. 3)
3. In cases like the above, and the transaction has already been made, we will contact you via email and your money will be fully refunded to you.
4. We do not do any backorders, once it is sold out it that will be the last piece that we have.

Portrayal of Merchandise
1. We do our best to make sure that every product is depicted to you in the exact way it looks in real life. However, the colours projected differs from monitor to monitor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see are the actual colours of the product.
2. Our measurements are made while the clothes are laid flat, and are approximate.
3. The measurements in white or black are the approximate length of the indicated part of the clothing when untouched. The measurements in blue are the approximate length of the indicated part of the clothing when stretched.
4. Arrows across the chest indicate pit-to-pit length, arrows stretching top to bottom indicate length from shoulder to base.
5. Please ensure that you have read everything in the FAQ section as well.

Transactions
1. Transactions need to be made within 48 hours after you have received the invoice via email.
2. If transaction is not done within that time period, your order will be effectively cancelled and made available to the next customer.
3. We generally only accept POSB transfers, OCBC transfers can be accepted through request and can be accessed when you click on the 'Other methods of payment' option on the check-out page. Please do indicate that you wish to make an OCBC transfer in this case.
4. Outside of these 2 methods, if you wish to use any other method of transaction (e.g. pass cash on meeting up, write a cheque, etc), please indicate in the 'Other methods of payment' option as well.
5. Acceptance of other methods of payment apart from POSB/OCBC transfer is subject to our approval.

Website Content
1. All product images and scrapbook images belong solely to ©Beautifully Made and you may not reproduce or exploit, in whole or in part, any of these images.

1. We will not exchange, sell or disclose your information to any third-party organisation.

Exchange Policy
1. Our products are generally not exchangeable or refundable except in a few cases where we find that the website description of products will not allow you to be fully confident of your purchase (e.g. shoes, clothes with differing cutting). Thus, if you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to us given it is in the exact condition is was given to you.
2. Not all products fall into the category above and thus, we reserve the right to deny you the exchange or refund of a purchase.
3. There can be exchanges or refunds made outside of the category mentioned in point 1, so if you really do feel that you have received an unsatisfactory item, please email us your order no. and details (e.g. pictures, word descriptions) of why the item is unsatisfactory and we will judge on a case-to-case basis.

Tracking within this site
1. The tracking link from the Home page is only within this site. It does not account for Singapore Post's mailing process. You can only track whether your order is pending, confirmed or sent.
2. We will not be held responsible for any losses or misplacements in the mail.
3. A reconfirmation of the receipt of the money for your purchase will not be sent to you by email, the onus is therefore on you to check out our 'Tracking your Transaction Status' page from time to time to be updated on the status of your order.
